This is a 30‑minute, dumbbell‑only workout program designed for busy women who want a quick, effective, beginner‑friendly sessions. No complicated equipment, no jumping, no advanced movements — just you, two dumbbells, and 30 minutes to move, build strength, mobility & flexibity and feel energized while building muscle and toning. Each week I program the sessions to compliment eachother to make sure you’ll get a complete TOTAL BODY workout without the overuse or missing a single body part. Its like having a personal interactive trainer in your living room. You can choose to take the classes LIVE or catch the class recording in the video library to do on your own time, ANYTIME.
